MDP for Experienced Managers - Modules 1 and 2 - Online

Managers with experience who need the opportunity to take a step back from their management role and reflect on new ideas and approaches to refresh their management skill-set. (Participants may or may not have had formal management training previously).
Duration
8 x 2 hour sessions over 2 months (NB. You must be able to attend the whole programme)
Delegate rate
Approximately £300 per complete programme per delegate. The final charge (and late cancellation fee) depends on how many delegates book.
Delegates will be encouraged to identify their individual learning objectives in discussion with their line manager in advance of the programme.
At the beginning of each module there will be opportunity for delegates to share their specific objectives/expectations and these will provide the ‘working agenda’ for each module. Where possible ‘live cases’ and example situations from the group will be used to help ensure optimum focus on specific/individual learning objectives.
