Audience
Anyone who has to deal with a variety of delicate issues which may result in people problems. This course will help delegates achieve their goals whilst taking account of the feelings of others.
Duration
2.5 hours + 2 hours on 1 day (you must attend all sessions)
Delegate rate
Approximately £100 per day per delegate. Charges depend on how many delegates book.
