This training session looks at the importance of our diet especially in relation to the menopause.
Looking at what we eat, and when we eat will have the biggest impact on how we manage the menopause. In this session we cover:
- Why we put on weight during the menopause
- Managing blood sugar levels for energy
- Phytoestrogens – what are they and why are they important
- Recipe ideas and guides
