This three-hour training session aims to help participants understand the principles of self-motivation and develop strategies to enhance their internal drive. The session will cover the psychology of motivation, practical techniques to boost self-motivation and strategies to maintain motivation over time.

Pre-work

Personal Motivator Assessment - Participants to complete a worksheet with questions to identify personal motivators  (values, interests, strengths, goals)
