Designed for managers who are leading recruitment, chairing recruitment panels or involved in recruiting senior people.

4 x 3 hours over 2 days (not necessarily consecutive)

Delegate rate

Approximately £100 per day per delegate. Charges (paid by your authority) depend on how many delegates book.

Managers invest time and resources into the recruitment process (in person and virtual), knowing how to get the most of this investment is the focus of this programme. 

Outputs will include:

  • Shortlisting criteria and any relevant shortlisting activities identified

Delivery

Sessions will have a mix of input, group discussion, breakout group activities and individual activities.  Delegates will need to bring with them either a role (job description and person specification) they are about to recruit for or a role within their team that they are familiar with.  These will be used as live examples in various activities.
